Returns and Refunds If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must have an RMA to be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot refund the original delivery fees unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are provided once returned items are inspected by our service team. Unopened items can be returned for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee. Opened software is non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the returned order is received and approved.
Warranties New products sold through obdseo.com include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty provided by the brand. Please contact us to open a warranty claim. We will work with the brand’s service team to troubleshoot issues and process warranty repairs or replacements where applicable.
