Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with obdseo.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or cancellation under the following terms:

Canceling an Order: If you need to cancel an order you recently placed, please contact us immediately at service@obdseo.com or 1-800-123-4567. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed for shipment.

Returns and Exchanges: Most products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your shipment, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.

To obtain authorization for a return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order information. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Returns must have a valid RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package to be accepted.

Items should be returned using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected by our service team, we will process eligible refunds or exchanges. Unopened software is eligible for refund only – no exchanges can be provided on software.

Refund Policy:
For qualified returns, refunds will be issued once items are received and examined by our service team. Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Approved returns are subject to the following fees:

  • 15% restocking fee for unopened items in new condition with packaging.
  • Opened or used items cannot be refunded, except items found defective upon inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is required due to an error on our part.

Warranty Returns: If an item is found defective within the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty period, you may return it for a full refund after inspection. We will work closely with the product brand’s warranty team to troubleshoot issues and process any necessary warranty replacements.

Returning Defective Items:
On rare occasions, merchandise may arrive damaged or with parts missing. If you discover any defects or discrepancies, contact us immediately so we can determine the issue and file a claim with the carrier if needed.

For minor defects, we will send replacement parts at no charge. For irreparable damage during transit, products can be returned for a full refund after inspection confirms the defect. Please retain all packaging materials in these circumstances.

International Returns: We gladly accept returns on international orders. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs at international rates. Import fees, customs charges, and taxes on returned items also apply and are non-refundable.

How Refunds Are Processed: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email when the refund is processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds for credit card purchases will be applied back to the card used for payment. For PayPal orders, refunds will be posted back to your PayPal account. Please allow sufficient time for the funds to reflect in your account based on your card issuer’s policies.
